How To Become A “New You” In 90 Days

One of our favorite times of the year is actually the start of a new one.

It brings a new beginning,  a time to recenter and focus, along with giving us an energy boost that we sometimes need in order to keep going after our goals.

Resolutions can come to you as easily as they can go out the window which is why it is important to take the time to craft the right goals/resolutions for yourself (not just anything) so that you stay dedicated to reaching them.

Instead of focusing on 365 days we are going to help jumpstart your year by focusing on the first 90 days.

Because 90 days is neither too long nor too short a stretch of time to deliver on a goal. It allows you to build strong routines that become habits in an achievable amount of time.

If you have the goal of wanting a better version of you, a happier life, better relationships, a stronger career path, and overall well being then this challenge is for you mama! In 90 days we are going to help you become the boss mom you know you can be.

Each week we will bring you our top tips and challenges in one of the four following areas:

  1. Happiness
  2. Career
  3. Relationships
  4. Health

Happiness. While it sounds like a trait we all should innately have, happiness takes work. We will help you determine your core values, learn how to carve out more personal time, find your identity, and so much more.

Career: One pillar of growth for many of us includes growth in our professional lives. We will share our best career advice to achieve both your short term and long-term goals, figure out the right “balancing” act for you – the working mom, build your career toolkit, plus many more nuggets of advice to help you grow into the boss mom you know you are.

Relationships: The stronger your relationships are the more energy, mental headspace, and love you will have to give to your personal goals and dreams. We will share our top tips and advice on how to work towards a healthy and meaningful relationship with the key players in your life.

Health: When taking time to become mentally healthy, you should put the same amount of time into your physical health. How you nourish and treat your body has a direct reflection on your mental capacity to take on your goals.  We will dive into healthy eating habits, meal prepping, share quick exercises to help you move it and lose it, and that’s just the beginning!

We cannot wait to go on this journey with you! With Modern Maternity Leave you have an instant community which means you are never alone. As we go through this challenge use the hashtag #90daybossmom and share your progress with us so we can celebrate and support you!
